This is a non-employee, independent, commission-only position.

Territory: Florida, Georgia

The Retail Sales Representative at Warrior Sports is responsible for owning all day-to-day sales activities in their territory across several channels including retail, team, sponsorships, and grassroots. They will represent all aspects of Warrior on the front lines, dealing with accounts, coaches, event organizers, and youth programs daily to drive sales.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all retail sales activities in the territory including:
    • Managing distribution and opening accounts
    • Negotiating discounts and co-ops
    • Maximizing product on the shelf
    • Obtaining booking and fill-in orders for all accounts in their territory
  • Presents new product offerings to accounts, team sales representatives, coaches, players, youth league directors, and athletic directors, where necessary.
  • Responsible for driving and maximizing all team sales opportunities in the territory through our retail channel
  • Develop and execute a grassroots plan through our retail channel to gain maximum brand exposure
  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting all aspects of territory business
  • Manages major projects, programs, and products that influence Warrior Sports business
  • Manage the daily development, implementation, and execution of territory marketing plans

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Min 2-3 years experience in business-to-business sales or customer service
  • Retail sales experience is a plus
  • Experience working remotely and managing a sales route is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of lacrosse & hockey equipment and products
  • Must have solid finance and or economic background
  • Must have professional conduct, as you will be working with clients daily
  • Must have good presentation skills
  • Must have extensive knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must have own transportation, large SUV ideal, to transport large sample bags, tents, etc for meetings and events
  • Weekend work is probable at peak times
