GP Strategies Corporation has a need for a Training Coordinator/Administrative Scheduler in Dallas, TX. This is an onsite position and it's a full-time, benefitted role. For this position, we are seeking candidates with an administrative/coordination background as well as Outlook scheduling and Excel experience.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler who will play a role in supporting the end-to-end coordination and administrative tasks throughout the life cycle of learning and training events for our global client.

As a part of our team, you will provide administrative and scheduling support for our client's training programs.

Key responsibilities include:
* Scheduling training for the client's leaders' programs
* Managing multiple calendars
* Utilizing Excel to track schedules, rosters for the programs and compiling training survey data
* Set up virtual calls using Zoom
* Assisting with various training event operations, such as communication, compiling survey data and roster management.

Qualifications:
* Experience in an Administrative/Coordinator type role
* Experience with Outlook (scheduling, managing multiple calendars)
* Experience with Excel (ability to manage data in spreadsheets)
