Responsibilities:

  • Lead shortages project including but not limited to
  • Providing daily direction to shortages CFS temps
  • Prepare and share shortages reporting
  • Work cross functionally to support and resolve logistical deductions
  • Lead the reporting of strategic KPI's for CFS team (Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting)
  • Ensure reporting is timely and accurate and rollout system enhancements
  • Implement strategies to enhance AR collections / deductions processes
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service to develop and implement appropriate cross-functional action plans
  • Through effective business partnering seek sophisticated deduction cases
  • Provide mentorship and support to the team and identify action-based solutions
  • Formulate internal controls to ensure proper deductions clearing
  • Develop and follow up on DSO and Working Capital improvement
  • Maintain the relationship with Genpact our 3rd party service provider in India who handles cash application function as well as other FI related transactional tasks.
  • Ad hoc special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Committed team leader
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
  • 5-7 years' experience in FP&A, Accounting, Sales Finance, Credit /Accounts Receivable areas.
  • Confirmed experience as a Manager of Collections, Deductions & Risk Assessment functions
  • CPG shown experience.
  • Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP (or similar system) experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, ability to empower staff for maximum productivity.
  • Strong organizational, follow-through and decision-making skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal direction
  • Strong business analytics skills and must be able to work and problem solve both independently and within a collaborative environment
  • Ability to assist Sr. Manager and partner with key internal team members, (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service), ability to communicate effectively with customers
