Under the guidance of the QA Manager, the QA Engineer II has responsibility for management and day-to-day operation of the quality lab; evaluation and resolution of customer and internal production quality complaints; product quality testing (internal and external); testing protocol and development; understanding of ISO9001:2015 standards and auditing; training of plant personnel as it relates to quality; and working with the other functional areas at Hoosick Falls to help drive continuous improvement. The Quality Engineer II must be effective in both written and verbal communications; analyzing, understanding, and presenting data; facilitating and working in a team environment; and have a high attention to detail.
