Job Description

Role and responsibilities
  • Responsible for the planning, management and ensuring materials are available on time so that the agreed production plan is realized with minimum stock and work-in-process.

  • Data-integrity: Understand and maintain Material-Master data and other settings and take action in case of discrepancies. Maintain proper MRP and Financial control of the orders.

  • Ensure Material are On Time and in Full to meet Production.

  • Proactively look ahead and driving stakeholders for further actions. Manages and understands ASML logistics processes SAP ONE and the Supplier Chain. Check Ariba/MD4 for any discrepancy.

  • Provide long term view of materials availability by analyzing the demand and supply requirement and flag issues ahead of time.

  • Create, and present CME slides, reporting on problems root cause, and demand/supply information.

  • Oversee Global stock,and create request for ICO's. For Field Serv Request, coordinate the request with Logistic & delivery team.

  • Work with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are confirmed in time, ensuring suppliers create ASN (advance shipping Notification) and inventory received on time at the warehouse without issues.

  • Product Generation Process and Release for Volume: Support the Product Generation Process Plan, maintain and control the logistic progress of new products.

  • Reporting and communication: Anticipate problems and proactively communicate across various departments to solution. Report on production progress, delays and causes. Initiate actions to correct deviations from planning, taking the necessary escalation steps.

  • Inventory planning, material planning based on lead times from various sources, plant manufacturing cycle time review and include in planning activity.

  • Participate on suppliers SAT team meeting along with SPM and sourcing lead at a Critical Supplier.

Education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 1-3 years ofexperience in planning and logistics operations.

  • Solid computer skills with knowledge and/or experience with SAP/ERP

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
