The Circular Economy Business Analyst will support initiatives throughout Saint-Gobain North America (SGNA) in pursuit of Saint-Gobain's ESG goals with a distinct focus on Circular Economy. Within the overarching ESG goals, the Circular Economy goals include reduction of production waste, avoidance of virgin raw materials, reduction of Scope 3 emissions, and recyclable packaging use. To accomplish these goals, this position will focus in two areas [1] support SGNA Business Unit teams (BUs) on their circularity journeys [2] conduct business development to develop new partners for circularity. To accomplish these, this person will work within teams from all parts of the organization and strive for alignment to launch circularity initiatives. All of which is intended to add value to SG-NA businesses while promoting SG products and policies to reduce and conserve energy, water, waste, materials, and carbon emissions through transparency along with increased use of recycled and circular raw materials and where improvements are needed. Completing additional ad hoc support and tasks such as annual surveys, drafting/reviewing internal or external communications, and presenting internally on SGNA activities
