Role Description: |
The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration of benefits, including benefits plan setup and modification, Life Events, Annual Enrollment and Self-Service Benefits Administration, COBRA, billing, auditing, and support for current and future systems. Participates in the development, testing, implementation, and post-production review of benefits projects. Assists in defining, designing, and implementing solutions for the improvement of productivity and efficiency within the benefits team and the People & Talent department.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Required Experience: |
Minimum of five (5) years of professional level work experience in benefits administration inclusive of 2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion or other HR systems. |
Knowledge of principles and practices of Benefits administration. |
Knowledge of laws affecting insurance programs, management and accounting/budgeting principles, and systems analysis. |
High proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and various methods for data analysis). |
Minimum Education Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
