The Training Enablement Coordinator "TEC" is primarily responsible for assisting in the coordination of BA training programs and their content. This includes supporting the development, review, management of training content, and assisting in the coordination of various training programs and learning paths. The Training Enablement Coordinator will work closely with other members of the team to ensure course consistency and quality training content.

Essential Duties:

The TEC is responsible for assisting in coordination of BA training programs/learning paths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality review of training material and preparation for facilitation.
  • Assist Training Manager with coordination of training program schedules, training resources, and logistics planning.
  • Contribute to the development and facilitate execution of registration process for course sessions.
  • Maintain and expand personal knowledge of cloud solutions (ERP, CRM, Power) and industry tools, systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Track content progress and identify and escalate project obstacles to team leaders and communicate with other key stakeholders.
  • Assist with course paperwork including participant guides, CPE requests, Conference I/O requests/QR codes, and participant/instructor surveys.
  • Assist Training Manager with training requirements that will groom employees for the next step in their career path.
  • Assist in producing content on the RSM Technology Academy

Qualifications:

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree - Required

Technical/Soft Skills:

  • Experience working with PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word - Required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate both verbally and written and tact in persuading SMEs to comply with procedural requirements - Required.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound decision making and organizational skills - Required.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once - Required.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at many different levels within the firm - Required.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify complex patterns of risk and challenges and resolves issues, makes effective recommendation on course of action, and understands when to escalate complex issues - Required.
  • Effective organization and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Required.
  • Strong attention to detail - Required.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency - Required.
  • Experience in training role - Preferred.
  • Microsoft Certifications - Preferred.
  • Experience working with SmartSheets - Preferred.
  • Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, and tables - Preferred.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Camtasia - Preferred.

Experience:

  • Relevant Microsoft partnership experience
  • Previous experience in learning and development - Preferred

Compensation Range: $78,600 - $148,500
