Job Description

-Maintain tax records and prepare payroll tax returns, related schedules, and related reports in accordance with company, state, federal, and local regulations
-Develop reporting processes, procedures, and internal controls
-Preparation of local, state and federal returns and all supporting documentation
-Reconcile the G/L for all compensation related accounts including self-insured related benefits
-Compile statistical and payroll data to provide information to other peers and/or to ensure compliance with established guidelines
-Monitor quarterly tax filings
-Experience with Expats and Third Country Nationals

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in the area of payroll tax and accounting
-Computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
-JDEdwards software experience is a plus
-Team player with a professional image, capable of handling highly confidential information
