As a Sales Account Manager, you will build customer connections, identify needs, and sell products. You'll have an assigned account list, region or customer grouping. You'll achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation to drive revenue. Cross-functional collaboration will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities included:

  • Selling solutions to customers by analyzing needs, recommending solutions, providing technical support and product information.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and drive key company initiatives.
  • Analyzing data and developing a strategic approach for the industry and the offered solutions.
  • Managing and negotiating contracts, pricing, and overall account strategy to defend and profitably grow business.
  • Creating and managing a Sales Plan to achieve growth targets using Funnel Management techniques and metrics.

Requirements:

* Engineering or Physics background or degree

* Experience with CRM especially Sales Forces

* Sales Training

* Excellent communication Skills

* OEM account management experience

Travel Requirements:

  • At least 40% to 50% travel

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base pay for this position ranges from $114,127 to $156.924 per year depending on the geographic market.
  • This position provides quarterly sales compensation based on achievement to plan.
