Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Marketing, the Marketing Specialist is a high-performing, results-oriented marketing generalist who plays an important role in helping to operate a well-functioning marketing department. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, execution, and collaboration skills; an operational mindset; bias toward action; hunger for learning; and excellent coordination and communication abilities that will enable them to work fluidly with a large team and many stakeholders across the company. As the liaison for the corporate marketing team, this individual's personal presentation and customer service orientation will reflect on the entire team, and it's important that they embody the team values and positively represent the department across the company.
The Marketing Specialist will provide essential team support to the VP of Marketing and assist in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling and planning meetings; coordinating with business partners on collaborative plans; and acting as a liaison with other departments to ensure seamless communication. They will support a variety of tasks that enable the department to run smoothly and efficiently, and step in to help as needed, bringing industrious and efficient energy to tackling and accomplishing task lists.

The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with the VP of Corporate Marketing and other members of the Marketing Leadership team, bringing creative solutions to the table and independently implementing based on direction given. They should be analytical and possess an ability to evaluate solutions, deliver recommendations, and articulate within the Marketing team and to business stakeholders.
