• Work under direction of a design professional and BIM ManagerDevelop drawing files from design plans and details for use by engineering group

• Produce drawings from engineer's designs

• Ensure engineering drawings are accurately reflected

• Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines

• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines' designs to ensure a constructible, clash-free design

• Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria

• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures

• Review project files for adherence to Company/Project Standards and protocols

• Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a local or remote team

• Print drawing sets and participate in project reviews

• Ability to export and other formats for collaboration internally and externally

• Bluebeam / BIM 360 ACC is a plus or a desire to learn

• Associated degree from accredited program

• Strong experience in producing drawings for building system designs using REVIT and AutoCAD

• Additional consideration given for knowledge of Bentley MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or AutoCAD Utility Designer

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily task

• Track record of being dependable, self-motivated, and having a desire to learn

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Desire to continue career advancement into a Designer Role within the Introba Organization
