Manages the sales life cycle for specific customers. Supports those groups of customers via interactive technologies. . Grows existing customers and seeks new customer relationships to meet or exceed monthly sales goals within assigned segment.
Fulfills the sales life cycle, from cold call to close; include scheduling and facilitating online product demonstrations and closing deals. Negotiates price with customer base within set guidelines.
Identifies decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start the sales process. Develops and contacts new customers and converts them into new business for the organization through phone sales, email, social media, and face to face sales activities.
Grows existing account base through new customer acquisitions and selling existing accounts.
Serves as an escalation point for day to day customer support and resolution.
Creates and maintains daily quote and order activity generation.
Partners with the outside sales force to increase sales in target markets.
Acts as a liaison, coordinates with other departments and communicates with supply chain leads to track sales targets and shipments needs.
Creates and maintains accurate customer database records by entering customer calls, results and other information
Develops and maintains current product knowledge; maintains knowledge of market, new products or services, regulations, technical information, competition, warranties, product reliability and other general information of interest to the customer.
Performs other duties as assigned

Solid computer skills including understanding of sales software systems, word processing and spreadsheets
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact with diverse groups of people
Ability to meet deadlines and organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Selling techniques which include the ability to negotiate, motivate, and persuade
Solid business acumen
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Minimum of three years of experience in a sales, sales support or a customer service environment
