The Manager, Digital Marketing will be the key driver for developing digital marketing strategies that align with branded, non-branded, and corporate strategic imperatives. This position will manage the execution of digital marketing programs, manage day-to-day operations of the website and will help drive how Novitex leverages online marketing assets to ensure the company is benefiting from the most current trends and capabilities. We seek a candidate with digital marketing expertise who excels in developing strategies and exceptional user experience.

A Digital Marketing Manager's daily tasks will involve:

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing efforts for assigned digital marketing channels including creating/updating digital marketing assets as needed, developing and managing calendars, partnering effectively with internal and external teams, and performing formal checklist and quality assurance processes to ensure that all creative assets are trafficked accurately and on time
  • Assist in the development of overall digital marketing strategy to support company imperative
  • Capitalize on opportunities by staying informed of digital trends and technologies and providing insights to enhance plans or relationships
  • Create exceptional user experiences by using marketing-related data to better segment, target, and personalize messaging
  • Drive new technology adaptation by researching, testing, and recommending new and innovative software, technologies, and partners
  • Manage the development and launch of a new website design
  • Manage daily social media feeds which includes the monitoring of all competitor feeds
  • Develop digital marketing plans, business cases, and test and learn campaigns to drive digital channel growth and expansion and optimization
  • Support the overall success of the digital marketing efforts by providing insight on best practices, program enhancements, and current trends

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Computer Science
  • At least 6 years professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • High degree of knowledge around the principles of integrated digital marketing
  • Proven strategic thinking, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills
  • Project Management expertise and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • High degree of flexibility and high tolerance for change
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MS SQL, IIS a plus
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, search rankings, mobile, and Web analytics
