Sr. Manager, Project Manager - Salesforce, Small Business Banking

As a Senior Manager Project Manager and a Salesforce Product Owner, you will lead the evaluation and execution of new Salesforce Small Business intent that improves business efficiency, improves customer experiences and drives financial results. Our small business team is looking for someone who has a bias for action and is insightful, resourceful and self-motivated. We want to meet you if you are excited about assessing processes and identifying and building new Salesforce solutions that support our Small Business sales objective.

In this role, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects within Small Business Bank. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. As you and others assess processes and identify new intent, you will manage the backlog and groom the work for execution by the Salesforce sprint teams.

Responsibilities of this role may include:

- Identifying and defining new intent for Salesforce users

- Driving process improvements using Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds remaining focused on desired customer outcomes

- Conducting user research to assess real opportunities and inform designs

- Maintaining a healthy backlog and regularly prioritizing backlog as business evolves

- Work with various stakeholders to establish roadmaps in ambiguous context

- Helping team to remove impediments using a strong problem-solving approach - knowing when to escalate

- Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness of capabilities and features

- Providing subject matter expertise on business processes

- Developing Salesforce expertise and assist team with certain Salesforce capabilities

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process focused professional who excels in a team environment. This individual will have demonstrated that he/she can improve company processes and develop solutions resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. The individual will need to demonstrate a blend of strategic and tactical thinking and creative and analytic reasoning. Attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong communication and leadership skills and be able to work across teams to enable flawless iterative execution of salesforce and process improvement projects. The individual should have the ability and passion for learning Salesforce and related emerging technologies needed for the delivery of great features and solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degreeor military experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management

  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce.com

  • At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodology

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product

  • At least 3 years of People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile methodology

  • LEAN, Six Sigma or Business Process Management certification
