Within ASMLthe sector Development & Engineering is responsible for the specificationand the design of the ASML products. The Hardware and Test Center isresponsible for delivering test capability and competency to support ProductDevelopment Projects in proving out the robustness, reliability, and quality ofASML products. The group TMF (Test and Measurement Facility) is responsible fortest strategy, design, realization and analysis on these mechanical(sub)-systems and components across all ASML sites. Position reports to GL ofthe WT DE IQR C Hardware and Test group. The position will focus on Test TeamLead activity, Test Methodology, Test Design and Development, Test completionand reporting.

JobMission:

Establish testcompetency in Wilton using TMF methodologies, technologies, and WoWs. Thisindividual will be responsible for Test Definition, stakeholder communication,buildup of test HW, test completion, quality and reporting. In addition, thisrole is key in organizing the TMF Test Team and supporting the Test Team'sdeliverables in regards to budget and manpower alignment.

Key Deliverables:
-Stakeholderalignment on resource planning and budgeting
-Test Team execution strategy and planning
-Test Team road mapping and team building

JobDescription:
-Budget,plan, and coordinate resources with the Projects.
-Support the Test team in planning and coordination of test activities
-Provide development guidance to/for the Test team
-Formulate requirements for and implementation of test equipment.
-Take lead in assigned test-requests, determine test strategy, principles andmethods.
-Write, review and communicate test plans.
-Execute tests according to test and project planning, analyze and report testresults.
-Participate in the subcontracting and realization of the test setup.
-Actively contribute to the testing competency within ASML.

Education:
BS Engineering -electrical, mechanical, reliability, mechatronics, (applied) physics, orequivalent subject area.

Experience:
-At least 3-5 years ofexperience in a relevant multi-disciplinary technical work environment.
-Experience as a team leader with planning and budgeting capability.
-Experience with the design, realization, execution, and analysis of testsetups on mechanical and electrical systems.
-Proficient experience with Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software),MATLAB, and Labview.
-Preferred experience in Xpc software and Minitab.
-Preferred Weibull, HALT, HASS test experience and/or failure mode analysis,especially from a materials perspective.
